Dies and jigs
Dies
Integrated manufacturing of stamping dies from design to fabrication.
Our facility is capable of producing from forming analysis, 3D data generation, machine processing, finishing to stamping integratedly in house.
We produce and supply high-quality and high-precision dies, including large deep drawing parts to compact components using a large 1500t press, and hemming.
Stamping simulation
We evaluate whether the quality of the stamping of the product will meet the quality requirements, using stamping simulation.
